Privacy Policy

Lucent is an AI receptionist for HVAC and home-services companies, operated by Novak X LLC ("Lucent," "we," "us"). If you give us your phone number on this site, we use it to place the one demo call you asked for. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. We do not sell your information, and we never share your phone number with anyone for their marketing.

This policy covers Lucent's website at getlucentai.com, our demo phone line at (813) 303-0811, and any demo calls or text messages we send.

• Your phone number, when you enter it to request a demo call or when you call our demo line.
• Call audio, recordings, and transcripts of demo calls, including anything you choose to say on the call, such as your name, address, or the details of a service request.
• Messages you send us, such as email to hello@getlucentai.com.
• Basic site usage, such as pages viewed, the referring site, device type, and approximate country, collected through Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. Our servers also see your IP address, which we use to limit abuse of the demo call feature and to keep the site secure.

• To place the demo call you requested, one call per request.
• To run the AI receptionist on the call and produce a transcript.
• To review and improve how the receptionist handles calls.
• To reply to you when you contact us.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet our legal obligations.

We will not add your number to a marketing list or call you again unless you ask us to.

Calls to and from our demo line may be recorded and transcribed by automated systems. By placing a call to our demo line, or by answering a demo call you requested, you consent to that recording. If you do not want to be recorded, please do not place or accept the call.

If you agree to receive text messages from Lucent, for example a follow-up about your demo or a scheduling confirmation, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, and you will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@getlucentai.com. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

We use a small number of service providers who process data only on our behalf and under their own security and privacy commitments:

• ElevenLabs runs the AI voice agent on demo calls and produces call transcripts.
• Twilio provides the phone line, connects calls, and delivers text messages.
• Vercel hosts this website and provides cookieless site analytics.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of Lucent, our customers, or others.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We keep phone numbers, recordings, and transcripts only as long as we need them for the purposes above or as the law requires, and then delete them.

• Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete your phone number, recordings, and transcripts, by emailing hello@getlucentai.com.
• Tell us not to call or text you again, and we will honor it.
• Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site and our demo line are meant for business owners and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
