These terms apply to your use of getlucentai.com, our demo phone line at (813) 303-0811, and any demo calls or text messages from Lucent, a service ofNovak X LLC ("Lucent," "we," "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Paid Lucent services are provided under a separate written agreement. Prices and features shown on this site are for information and may change.

• When you request a demo, Lucent places one automated call to the number you enter. Only enter a number that you own or are authorized to use.
• The caller is an AI voice agent, not a person. On our demo line it answers for a fictional demo company, Tidewell Air & Heat.
• Demo calls may be recorded and transcribed. By placing or answering a demo call you consent to that.
• The demo is for evaluation only. It will not send a technician. For a real emergency, call 911 or a licensed contractor.

If you opt in to text messages from Lucent, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

You agree not to:

• Request demo calls to numbers that are not yours.
• Use the demo line or demo calls to harass anyone, or to place automated, bulk, or repeated requests.
• Try to get around rate limits, disrupt the site, or access systems you are not authorized to use.
• Use the site in any way that breaks the law.

We may block access for anyone who misuses the site or demo.

The receptionist is automated and can make mistakes. Anything it says on a demo call is for demonstration only and is not a quote, promise, or professional advice.

The Lucent name, logo, site design, copy, and sample call transcripts on this site belong to Novak X LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

The site and demo are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise the site or demo line will always be available or error free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Novak X LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or demo.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
